Position: Kitchen Manager (Culinary Admin) – Cecconi’s West Hollywood
About: At Soho House, the Kitchen Manager is a key leader responsible for overseeing culinary administrative functions, supporting the back-of-house operations, and ensuring compliance with professional and company standards under the guidance of the Culinary Management Team. The Kitchen Manager plays a vital role in managing inventory, employee performance, recruitment, kitchen safety, and more to ensure efficient operation of the kitchen and deliver exceptional dining experiences to guests.
Requirements: Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a similar role; or a Bachelor’s/Associate degree with 1 year of Culinary Supervisory experience preferred; Experienced managing labor, purchasing, vendors, and quality control; Must have Food Serve Safe certification and experience with local sanitation regulations; Proficient in email etiquette, written and verbal communication; Computer and Microsoft Office skills preferred; High school diploma or equivalent trade school certification
