Position: Kitchen Manager/Cook
About: Hope House Colorado, a future-thinking organization committed to empowering teen moms and changing the future for two generations, is seeking a Kitchen Manager/Cook for their Early Learning Center in Arvada. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for preparing nutritionally balanced meals for children, ensuring compliance with licensing and health department regulations, and supporting various kitchen activities for teen mom and champion events.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience working in a commercial kitchen in child food service preparation and/or management required; ServSafe certification or ability to acquire within one month of hire required; knowledge and understanding of measurements for large quantity food preparation required; knowledge of the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) preferred; availability to work onsite at Arvada location Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. required
