Position: Kitchen Manager , Chick-fil-A Bartlett
About: As a Team Leader (Kitchen Manager) at Chick-fil-A Bartlett, you will support and report to the Kitchen Director, fulfilling mainly operational duties. You will lead by example, engage and develop team members, ensure adherence to restaurant’s mission, purpose, and goals, and actively participate in mentoring and development opportunities within the company.
Requirements: 18+ years old; Demonstrated leadership experience required; High School diploma required; Available to work days, nights, and weekends; Must be able to work up to 35+ hours per week; Must be available to work up to 4 Saturdays a month; Complete all leadership development assignments
