Position: Kitchen Manager – Chef – Ruscello – Ridgedale Center
About: As a chef on the Restaurant team at Nordstrom, you will play a dual role – part kitchen genius, part artist. The role involves completing a comprehensive Manager in Training program, leading the kitchen crew in scratch cooking, training and developing staff, and ensuring kitchen cleanliness and compliance.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years experience in full service, upscale restaurant management; passion and knowledge about quality food and exceptional customer service; solid written and verbal communications skills, as well as basic accounting skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and embrace a flexible schedule; possession of a food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations
