Position: Kitchen Manager/Chef
About: Sunrise Senior Living, a renowned senior care community, is seeking a dedicated Dining Services Coordinator to lead and manage the dining operations at Sunrise of Coral Gables.
Requirements: Requires at least 2 years experience as a managing chef or cook; Sanitation certification and proficiency in nutrition and therapeutic diets; Previous experience in managing and motivating dining service team members in a high-quality dining environment; Ability to handle multiple priorities; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Competency in organizational and time management; Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new applications; Flexibility to work weekends and a varied schedule
