Position: Kitchen Manager (CACFP)

About: The Common Good in Tulsa, OK, is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee their Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) and meal services for senior breakfast and after-school programs. This role involves managing CACFP administration, food procurement, menu planning, compliance, and kitchen operations with minimal oversight. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable about CACFP regulations.

Requirements: Experience managing CACFP or a similar food program (e.g., SFSP); Strong understanding of USDA meal patterns, CACFP regulations, and compliance requirements; Commercial or institutional kitchen experience (preferably in a school, nonprofit, or community food program); ServSafe Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire); Excellent organizational skills to manage documentation and reporting; Ability to work independently and collaborate with program managers; Passion for serving children and senior adults in a mission-driven nonprofit setting.
