Position: Kitchen Manager Boca Raton
About: Flanigan’s is a restaurant seeking Kitchen Managers to lead the BOH team in various kitchen operations, including ordering, prep, service, and cleaning. The role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with the team and management.
Requirements: Must have current food management certification; possess and demonstrate an ownership mentality; flexibility for scheduling including weekends and holidays; willingness to transfer to different geographical locations; able to work a 5-day work week totaling 50-55 hours with 2 days off falling between Monday to Thursday; adept at ordering and formulating pars; understand and comply with Florida State health code standards; ability to stand and move about for up to 4 hours at a moderate pace; lift up to 50 lbs; proficiency at all kitchen stations including expo; ability to operate kitchen equipment; adhere to kitchen policies for dress and grooming
