Position: Kitchen Manager – BBQ and Casual Dining
About: Dinosaur Bar-B-Que, a renowned BBQ restaurant chain with origins dating back to 1983, has expanded to six locations in New York State. The company is known for its commitment to fresh, homemade, and high-quality BBQ dishes served in a lively and vibrant setting. Currently seeking a Kitchen Manager to join the team at the Troy, NY location.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of full-service restaurant management experience required; 2+ years of BOH experience required; knowledge of inventory and budgeting required; management experience with at least 15 staff members preferred; chef experience preferred
