Position: Kitchen Manager at Arancino at The Kahala
About: Arancino, an acclaimed Italian Restaurant in Hawaii, is seeking an experienced and passionate Kitchen Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. The Kitchen Manager will oversee the preparation of delicious Italian dishes with a modern twist, using high-quality ingredients imported from Italy and fresh local products from Hawaii.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree preferred; experience in Italian cuisine and kitchen management essential; strong leadership and communication skills; knowledge of food safety standards and culinary techniques; ability to recruit, train, and mentor culinary staff
