Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience as a Line Cook in a restaurant setting preferred; thorough knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen safety procedures; ability to follow recipes accurately and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment; strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure
