Position: Kitchen Line Cook – Saute

The Sauté Line Cook position focuses on ensuring all items are cooked, prepared, and garnished according to the recipe within the standard time frame, using a variety of complex cooking techniques, following sanitation and safety procedures, plating all food items as per guest orders and company specifications, cleaning and sanitizing workstation utensils and equipment, and handling additional responsibilities as requested by the Chefs or Managers.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a culinary role preferred; knowledge of food safety standards and procedures; ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment; strong attention to detail and organizational skills
