About: As a Kitchen Leader at Chipotle, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of the delicious food served every day. You will be responsible for cooking, prepping food to order, monitoring inventory levels, supporting team dynamics, and developing Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders. Requirements: High school diploma, Restaurant experience, Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy, Knowledge and ability to speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location
