Position: Kitchen Leader
About: Chick-fil-A of Greeley is seeking a Kitchen Leader to direct the daily operations of their quick service restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations. They strive to deliver the highest quality products and services to their customers while upholding excellent communication skills and previous management experience as key requirements.
Requirements: Participating operationally, in day to day activities in high-volume fast-paced restaurant; Offer the Team encouragement to stay true to 2nd Mile Service goals; Offer immediate/respectful response to Guest’s and Team Member needs; Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for the restaurant and act as a role model for our team; Be a critical thinker, acting independently, cooperatively and professionally with all staff; Excellent Communication Skills both written and spoken; Open Availability Monday – Saturday; Must be at least 18 years of age; Must have a reliable means of transportation; Maintain a professional attitude at all times; Maintain strict adherence to Food Safety procedures
