Position: KITCHEN LEAD (full time)

Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role with a Sous Chef or kitchen management position; Wide base of food knowledge, food safety, products, and techniques; Exceptional customer service with attention to detail and problem-solving skills; Excellent time management and work ethic with flexible availability; Active ServSafe (food) and eTips (beverage) Safety Certifications (or willingness to obtain)
