Position: Kitchen Cook
About: ASM Global, a company specializing in venue management services, is seeking a skilled individual to join their team as a Banquet Cook. The position involves fulfilling service per each Banquet Event Order (BEO), maintaining kitchen equipment cleanliness, preparing recipes, and ensuring a clean and safe working environment. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in a banquet facility, be able to work collaboratively with other staff members, undertake multiple tasks efficiently, pay attention to detail, and have the physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs. The role requires flexibility in working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, along with the ability to move throughout the building.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; at least 1 year experience in a banquet facility preparing meals for large events; ability to work collaboratively with other staff members; capacity to undertake and complete multiple tasks; creative skills in buffet food presentations and maintaining quality; attention to detail; physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs
