Position: Kitchen / BOH Director
About: Chick-fil-A Southridge Center and Chick-fil-A MacCorkle Ave in South Charleston, WV are seeking a Kitchen/BOH Director who is a strong leader and thrives in a fast-paced customer service environment, excels at collaboration with management and the team, and is dedicated to ensuring smooth operations while handling pressure effectively.
Requirements: Minimum of 1-2 years relevant work experience in kitchen service, hospitality environment, or restaurant management required; basic computer and iPad competencies; ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for up to 8 hours, and be physically active for extended periods; must thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintain a positive attitude under pressure, prioritize tasks, and delegate effectively; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; understanding and evaluation of Profit and Labor Reports; open availability preferred, with Friday and Saturday availability required.
