Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds; strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness; ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety standards; excellent teamwork skills and ability to take direction from kitchen staff; flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays; positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks; previous kitchen or dishwashing experience is a plus, but not required – training provided
