Position: KFC RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER
About: Tasty Chick’n, a franchise owned and operated by Tasty Restaurant Group, is seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join their team as Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Unit Manager. These positions are integral to the daily operations and success of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards and delivering top-quality products and services to customers.
Requirements: Creates value for shareholders through efficient operations, appropriate cost controls, and profit management; maintains highest level of Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Hospitality; actively involved in customer service and customer relations; controls day-to-day operations by tracking restaurant labor and product costs; maintains high productivity through effective recruiting, training, and motivation of employees; routine preventative maintenance program; prepares and submits required reports; recruits, interviews, and recommends hiring of hourly employees; ensures safety and security policies are met. The ideal candidate will have dedication to customer service, strong communication and interpersonal skills, basic business math and accounting skills, analytical decision-making skills, basic computer literacy, and 1-4 years of supervisory experience in a food or retail environment.
