About: Prep Cooks at Flanigan’s play a vital role in the kitchen’s day-to-day routine, ensuring an efficient and well-oiled operation. They are responsible for organizing, preparing, and maintaining the kitchen to support seamless service.
Requirements: Able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays; physically able to stand/walk 100% of the shift, reach, bend, and stoop; proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English; capable of using kitchen machinery and working in high-temperature environments; ability to lift heavy loads and hold items for extended periods; completion of food safety certification program
