Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Valid Food Service Sanitation Manager/ServSafe Certification within ninety (90) days of hire; One (1) year of related work experience including at least one (1) year of supervisory or management experience; Technical training in commercial food service preferred; An undergraduate or advanced degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
