Position: Junior Sous Chef – The Commons
About: The Commons at Kennesaw State University in Georgia is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality food production, and supervising kitchen personnel in a fast-paced dining environment. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Valid Food Service Sanitation Manager/ServSafe Certification within ninety (90) days of hire; One (1) year of related work experience including at least one (1) year of supervisory or management experience; Technical training in commercial food service preferred; An undergraduate or advanced degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
