The Vineyard estate offers luxury accommodations, a Tasting Room, and a Restaurant, making it a unique destination for wine enthusiasts on the Central Coast.
Requirements: 2 years fine dining culinary experience; previous experience training and mentoring staff; exceptional attention to detail and passionate about food and wine; culinary degree recommended; ServSafe Certified; demonstrated strong ability to work well under pressure; ability to establish direction, obtain commitment, and execute appropriate logistical processes; comfortable dealing with guests and purveyors on a daily basis; must thrive in a fast-paced working environment; have a calm and approachable demeanor; superb time management and organizational skills
