Position: Junior Sous Chef- Banquet
About: Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, a luxury resort overlooking the Sonoran Desert and the McDowell mountains, is seeking a Jr. Sous Chef to join their culinary team dedicated to safe, efficient operations and exceptional cuisine.
Requirements: At least 4 years of similar Food and Beverage experience required; Working knowledge of knives, knife skills, and small wares equipment; Working knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation procedures; Working knowledge of weights and measures and various cooking techniques; Excellent customer service skills; Ability to lead and mentor a team; Professional appearance and demeanor; Ability to speak, read, and write in English
