With 268 rooms and suites, five F&B outlets, and a unique coffin-shaped pool in a landscaped courtyard, Hotel Figueroa embraces its Spanish Colonial design while hosting rotating art exhibits featuring L.A.’s female artists.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree or relevant certification preferred; minimum 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment; strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation practices; excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
