Position: JUNIOR SOUS CHEF
About: Hyatt, a global hospitality company, is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join their Culinary Department. This role involves assisting in leading the cold kitchen, kitchen preparation, purchasing, menu development, and maintaining kitchen sanitation under the guidance of the Chef de Cuisine of Garde Manger. It offers an opportunity to work in a seasoned team, develop leadership skills, and oversee daily operations in the absence of the Chef de Cuisine.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous culinary experience required; basic department training skills; strong communication skills
