About: The Wall Street Hotel, part of the JF Restaurants group, is seeking an experienced, passionate, and service-driven Sous Chef to join their esteemed culinary team. This is an opportunity to work in a high-volume, fine dining setting alongside industry-leading professionals.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior managerial experience in a professional kitchen, ideally in fine dining or high-volume hospitality; NYC Food Protection Certificate required; strong leadership skills; attention to detail; efficiency and urgency in a fast-paced environment
