About: The Sicilian Butcher is a chef-driven neighborhood restaurant developed by celebrity chef Joey Maggiore, located in Phoenix. This modern-casual meatball and butchery-inspired concept is the first of its kind in the area, brought by the visionaries behind Tomaso’s, Hash Kitchen, The Mexicano, and The Sicilian Baker.
Requirements: 2-3 years experience in a similar role (Junior Sous Chef, Line Cook, or equivalent), preferably with experience in Italian cuisine; Culinary degree or certification preferred; Strong attention to detail, exceptional communication, multitasking abilities, and a collaborative spirit; Valid food handler’s permit, regular and predictable attendance, and the ability to work in a dynamic, high-energy kitchen environment.
