Position: Junior Sous Chef
About: The Village of Southampton, an Independent Living and Assisted Living with Memory Care senior community, is seeking a full-time Junior Sous Chef to create delightful dining experiences for residents. Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop diverse menus and ensure high-quality meal service.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED, with culinary school training; three to five years of experience as a cook or 1+ years as a Sous Chef; knowledge of various cooking procedures, equipment, and sanitation standards; ability to lead a team with effective communication skills; excellent physical condition and stamina.
