Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in a similar role (Junior Sous Chef, Line Cook, or equivalent), preferably in Italian cuisine; Culinary degree or certification preferred; Strong attention to detail, exceptional communication, multitasking abilities, and a collaborative spirit; Valid food handler’s permit, regular and predictable attendance, ability to work in a dynamic, high-energy kitchen environment
