Position: Junior Sous Chef

About: Four Seasons Private Residences Los Angeles is a standalone condominium building, managed by Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. The private residence offers 59 resident-families with a full-service private restaurant, exclusively available to residents and their guests. The Jr. Sous Chef will partner with the Chef de Cuisine in leading a small culinary team and front of house operation, ensuring exceptional service and personalized connections for every resident and guest. This role provides a creative environment and growth opportunities within a global team at Four Seasons.

Requirements: High school graduate and an apprenticeship, cooking school, or culinary institute education; highly developed sense of taste and comprehensive sauce preparation skills
