Position: Junior Sous Chef
About: Pink Adobe Restaurant located in downtown Santa Fe, known as “The City Different”, is seeking a Full-Time Junior Sous Chef to join their food & beverage service operations. The establishment offers a unique and historic setting with a focus on delivering exceptional New Mexico cuisine in a refined dining environment. The Pink Adobe Restaurant is renowned for its traditional adobe and stone exterior, providing an extraordinary dining experience that engages all five senses.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in a professional kitchen, ideally in a manager position or lead Line cook; knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards; strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team; ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment; passion for cooking and commitment to delivering high-quality food
