Position: Junior Sous Chef

Requirements: Must have at least 5 years of professional kitchen experience in a full-service restaurant; at least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred; upscale restaurant experience preferred; ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment; proficient knowledge of various cooking techniques; valid driver’s license with no traffic violations within the last 3 years
