About: The Sicilian Butcher, a modern-casual meatball and butchery-inspired concept, is the first of its kind in Phoenix. Developed by celebrity chef Joey Maggiore, this chef-driven neighborhood restaurant is brought to you by the visionaries and operators of Tomaso’s, Hash Kitchen, The Mexicano, and The Sicilian Baker.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-3 years experience in a similar role (Junior Sous Chef, Line Cook, or equivalent) with a preference for Italian cuisine experience; culinary degree or certification preferred; strong attention to detail, exceptional communication, multitasking abilities, and a collaborative spirit; valid food handler’s permit, regular and predictable attendance, ability to work in a dynamic, high-energy kitchen environment
