Position: Junior Sous Chef
About: The Sicilian Butcher, a modern-casual meatball and butchery-inspired concept, is the first of its kind to launch in Phoenix. Developed by celebrity chef Joey Maggiore and operated by the visionaries behind Tomaso’s, Hash Kitchen, The Mexicano, and The Sicilian Baker, it is a chef-driven neighborhood restaurant that focuses on delivering high-quality food to its guests.
Requirements: Culinary degree or certification preferred; 2-3 years experience in a similar role (Junior Sous Chef, Line Cook, or equivalent) with a preference for Italian cuisine experience; strong attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a collaborative spirit; valid food handler’s permit, regular and predictable attendance, ability to work in a dynamic, high-energy kitchen environment
