Position: Junior Sous Chef
About: The Sicilian Butcher is a modern-casual meatball and butchery-inspired concept in Phoenix, brought to life by the visionaries and operators of Tomaso’s, Hash Kitchen, The Mexicano, and The Sicilian Baker. It is a chef-driven neighborhood restaurant developed by celebrity chef Joey Maggiore, committed to delivering high-quality food with authentic flavors and exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements: 2-3 years experience in a similar role (Junior Sous Chef, Line Cook, or equivalent), preferably with Italian cuisine experience; Culinary degree or certification preferred; Strong attention to detail, exceptional communication, multitasking abilities, and a collaborative spirit; Valid food handler’s permit, regular and predictable attendance, ability to work in a dynamic, high-energy kitchen environment
