Position: Junior Assistant Kitchen Manager
About: The Sicilian Butcher, a modern-casual meatball and butchery-inspired concept, is the first of its kind to launch in Phoenix. Developed by celebrity chef Joey Maggiore and brought by the visionaries and operators of Tomaso’s, Hash Kitchen, The Mexicano, and The Sicilian Baker, this chef-driven neighborhood restaurant is dedicated to delivering high-quality food with authentic flavors in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in a similar role (Junior Sous Chef, Line Cook, or equivalent), preferably with experience in Italian cuisine; Culinary degree or certification preferred; Strong attention to detail, exceptional communication, multitasking abilities, and a collaborative spirit; Valid food handler’s permit, regular and predictable attendance, and the ability to work in a dynamic, high-energy kitchen environment
