Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-3 years of prior culinary experience at a fast-paced restaurant or banquet kitchen; proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing); excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, overtime, and evening/overnights if needed
