Position: Jr. Sous Chef $65k/YR – The Bradford Rooftop
About: The Bradford Rooftop, located atop the AC Hotel by Marriott in Bridgewater, is seeking a Jr. Sous Chef/Assistant Kitchen Manager to join their kitchen management team. This elegant venue offers handcrafted cocktails, inspired small plates, upscale spirits, an eclectic wine selection, and champagnes in a rooftop oasis setting.
Requirements: Minimum of 1+ years as a Sous Chef, Executive Chef, Culinary Manager, or Kitchen Manager in a similar restaurant concept with a high-volume, scratch kitchen; Culinary degree/certificate a plus; Comfortable working in an emerging-growth company environment; Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; Impressive work ethic; Great personality, desire to serve guests, and enjoy teamwork; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Desire to learn and grow in the industry; Highly collaborative nature; Must be able to multi-task; Upbeat, engaging, and professional appearance.
