Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager
About: Jalao is a Dominican restaurant in the heart of Washington Heights in New York City. It’s located in Radio Hotel, which incorporates the unique look and feel of the Washington Heights neighborhood and caters to both the local Latin community and international travelers.
Requirements: Fluent in English; proficient in speaking Spanish; high school diploma or equivalent; minimum of two years of experience in a similar position in an establishment of comparable quality; familiar with OSHA, SB198, local Department of Health regulations, state liquor laws and relevant current laws; thorough knowledge of all aspects of restaurant and bar operations and budgets
