Position: J Resort – Room Chef–The Buffet

Jacobs Entertainment is currently seeking a Buffet Room Chef for the All-New J Resort, a full-service hotel-casino with over 500 rooms and a wide variety of Slots and Table Games. The J Resort features original art, live music, bold flavors, luxurious accommodations, and exciting casino action, promising a unique experience for both guests and employees.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of three years in the culinary field in kitchen management; basic computer skills, basic math skills, and proficiency in English language; flexibility in scheduling; degree in Culinary Arts and Food Service Manager’s Certification preferred
