Jacobs Entertainment is currently seeking a “Master Cook-J Paul’s Italian Steakhouse” for the All-New J Resort, a full-service hotel-casino in Reno with over 500 rooms and a wide variety of Slots and Table Games, offering original art, live music, bold flavors, luxurious accommodations, and exciting casino action.
Requirements: Basic computer skills, basic math skills, ability to read, write, and communicate in English; ability to follow written and oral instructions, make decisions beneficial to kitchen operation; High School Diploma or Equivalent Work Experience; flexibility with scheduling; minimum five years in the culinary field; degree in Culinary Arts and Food Service Manager’s Certification preferred; experience with supervision and leadership preferred; identification for establishing identity and the right to work in the United States
