Position: Interim Co-Executive Director
About: Mission-driven organization providing digital voter guides seeking a Co-Executive Director to join its team. The role involves strategic and operational leadership, focusing on program excellence, evaluation, finance, administration, fundraising, and communication. This part-time position requires a commitment of at least 20 hours per week and involves engaging board members, partner organizations, and funders. The Co-Executive Director will lead fundraising efforts and should be dedicated to strengthening democracy through voter engagement tools.
Requirements: At least 10 years of senior management experience; proven track record in leading performance-based organizations; strong background in fundraising and communications; commitment to quality programs and data-driven evaluation; experience in organizational management; marketing, public relations, and fundraising skills; ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people; action-oriented, entrepreneurial, and innovative mindset
