Position: Installation Supervisor – IKEA Home Services
About: IKEA, a renowned global home furniture and goods company, is seeking an Installation Supervisor to support their on-site Installation team. The position involves overseeing customer interactions, managing teams remotely, and ensuring a positive experience for customers.
Requirements: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred; 5 years of finish carpentry, other carpentry, or kitchen installation experience; Minimum of 2 years in a lead installation/foreman role; Previous leadership/supervisory experience; Project management experience; Must have a valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
