Position: Innovation Development Chef
About: The Innovation Chef/Developer role at a company supporting technical projects in developing, optimizing, and maintaining products, processes, and packaging for menu pipeline development and core menu optimization.
Requirements: Approximately two (2) years of experience demonstrating knowledge in food product research and development or related field; BS in Food Science, Food Technology, or similar scientific field; Knowledge of product evaluation and food handling procedures; Understanding of nutritional and allergen labeling requirements; Restaurant experience preferred; Excellent planning, prioritizing, organizational, and problem-solving skills; Strong work ethic with a commitment to high-quality standards; Effective oral and written communication abilities; Proficient technical skills and analytical abilities; Ability to successfully execute clear and concise projects and reports; Availability for night and weekend hours, travel for events and production runs.
