Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a hospitality environment preferred; working knowledge of Cat 5/6/fiber cabling, network equipment, operating systems, and hospitality applications; strong interpersonal and troubleshooting skills; flexible schedule availability; ability to provide guest support for technical issues
