Position: Industrial Waste Project Manager
About: WM is a company that specializes in the dewatering and thermal drying of industrial sludges and the recovery of reclaimable commodities. They follow established policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The company manages onsite activities for one IWP customer across multiple sites, maintaining safety and environmental standards.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or High School Diploma/GED with four years of relevant work experience; Two years of operation and maintenance experience in dewatering and/or thermal drying equipment, along with prior supervisory experience; TWIC card or ability to obtain one; Valid Driver’s License with clean record; 40-Hour HAZWOPER Certification or ability to obtain one within 30 days; Ability to perform physical tasks and handle objects up to 80 pounds; Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; Knowledge of profit and loss, project management, and customer service; Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand tools.
