Position: Inbound Customer Service Agent-Bodewell (Remote)

Requirements: One-year relevant working experience in a customer service or sales environment; must be a take-charge person with in-depth knowledge of processes and procedures; ability to research, analyze data, and make sound decisions; high degree of concentration and attention to detail; excellent team player with strong communication skills; familiarity with web-based systems for troubleshooting and resolution; ability to work effectively from home; proficient in MS Office Suite and navigating multiple systems
