Requirements: One-year relevant working experience in customer service or sales environment; take-charge individual with a deep understanding of processes; ability to research, analyze data, and make sound decisions; high attention to detail and concentration; excellent team player with strong communication skills; integrity and willingness to seek guidance when needed; familiarity with web-based systems and navigation skills; effective computer skills including MS Office Suite
