Requirements: College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience is required; 1-2 years food and beverage experience in a high volume upscale environment; working knowledge of division operations and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures; thorough knowledge of service, cost control in F&B, labor controls, menu writing, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting; excellent proficiency in the English language; strong Food and beverage knowledge
