Position: Human Resources Manager, Hotel Saint Vincent
About: Hotel Saint Vincent, a boutique and independent hospitality brand, is seeking a Hotel Human Resources Manager who leads with empathy, accountability, and a people-first mindset. This role is crucial for fostering a high-performing and engaged team, ensuring HR operations align with business objectives, and overseeing a workforce of approximately 200 employees, including full-time, part-time, and on-call staff. The successful candidate will work closely with the HR Coordinator to manage day-to-day HR operations, payroll accuracy, and employee support, contributing to initiatives that strengthen the team and enhance the workplace culture with the mentorship and support of the Home Office HR Team.
Requirements: 5+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years in hospitality (hotels, restaurants, or similar); strong leadership coaching and training development experience; expertise in employment laws, wage compliance, and HR best practices; exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure hospitality environment; bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred; SHRM-CP, PHR, or other HR certification; experience in boutique or independent hospitality brands
