Position: Human Resources Business Partner

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration required; Master’s Degree in Human Resources preferred; Certification: SHRM CP, SHRM SCP, SPHR or PHR preferred; Minimum of 5 years solid HR Generalist experience; Experience at a company with a presence inside and outside North America preferred; Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to deal with ambiguity, adapt to change, and possess conflict management skills; Ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels of the organization
